My friend Omisbright is a fan of Leke Alder. He reads his blogs religiously and thinks highly of him. Any attempt by Omis to motivate others around him is termed "Alder".
Alder it- [phrasal verb]: and attempt to motivate someone or give advice. Next time you open your mouth to give a word of advice you "ALDER IT"
It is derived from the NIKE "Just Do It" brand and the logo is of course Nike's. No copyright infringement. Just young people having fun.
